Homeschool Martial Arts P.E. Program

School-Day Martial Arts Enrichment – Open Enrollment

We are excited to introduce our Homeschool Martial Arts Enrichment (PE Support) program – structured martial arts training scheduled and created for homeschooling families. This program provides a high-quality physical activity option while developing lifelong skills such as confidence, discipline, focus, and self-control.

Unlike traditional gym-based activities, martial arts offers a complete mind-body training experience. Instruction emphasizes physical movement, coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and personal development in a structured and supportive environment.

Go Beyond the Gym

This program is about more than exercise alone. Martial arts training encourages consistency, discipline, respect, and goal-setting—skills that support both physical well-being and personal growth. Parents appreciate the structure and character development, while students enjoy the challenge, energy, and progression built into each class.

Families may choose this program to support physical activity goals, complement a homeschool education plan, or provide structured daytime training led by experienced instructors. Upon request, Villari’s may provide documentation of participation for parent or school review when considering physical education requirements. Villari’s does not award academic credit or determine credit eligibility.

Hello families! I’m Master Bob. I’ve been teaching martial arts in South Orange County for over 40 years, and I’m also a parent. In addition to running my studio, I’ve spent more than six years volunteering as a PE coach at a local elementary school in Lake Forest, where I also helped coordinate Kids Run the OC. I’m now welcoming homeschool students into small, instructor-led martial arts classes designed to fit homeschool schedules. Training emphasizes strength, coordination, focus, confidence, and practical self-defense in a structured, positive environment. Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure personal attention and quality instruction. Weekday sessions are available during the school day, with a Saturday morning option to support families with working parents. If you’d like to explore whether this would be a good addition to your child’s homeschool routine, please call me directly at 949-855-0210. I’m happy to connect and answer any questions.
